What is your shipping policy?

Here at Paws with Opulence, we believe that every canine from across the world should have the opportunity to be draped with opulence. This is why we offer world wide delivery on all of our products. 

United Kingdom

Providing desired stock is available, customers within the United Kingdom will be offered a standard 3-5 working day or a couriered express 1 working day delivery method. All deliveries will offer a signed for or tracked confirmation of delivery. 

Free standard UK delivery is offered on orders over £100.00 when code PAWSUK is applied at checkout. This offer does not apply to luxury bedding products.  

Europe

Providing the desired stock is available, customers within the European Union will be offered an international 3-5 working day tracked and signed delivery method.  

Deliveries for luxury bedding outside of the UK is only available on request.

USA, Asia, United Emirates and the rest of the world

Providing the desired stock is available, customers outside of the UK and Europe will be offered an international signed for 5-7 working day delivery method.   

IMPORTANT: Paws with Opulence dispatch all international orders on a DDU (delivery duty unpaid) basis.  Delivery times are estimates only and all items are shipped from the United Kingdom. Delays occurred by shipping or delivery services are out of our control. 

Deliveries for luxury bedding outside of the UK is only available on request.

When will I receive made to order items?

If ordering a bespoke made to order item (luxury bedding, engraved id tag, personalised collar or lead, customised bow etc) these products will need extra time for the bespoke processing to occur. The time in which it takes for each item to be custom made is clearly displayed on the items product page. 

If ordering a batch of bespoke and non-bespoke goods these may be delivered separately. This however will only result in one delivery charge.  

What is your returns policy?

We pride ourselves on quality products, therefore we offer a 28 day money back guarantee if you are not 100% satisfied with your products. 

Returned products MUST be in a resalable condition unused and in their original packaging to retain a full refund. Any items that differ from this will be rejected and sent back to the customer. Please ensure suitable packaging, proof and trackable methods of postage when returning an item back to us. Paws with Opulence cannot be liable for any damage or loss during transit. Cost of returns are subject to the customer.

  • Full name 
  • Email address
  • Order number 
  • Item/s in question 
  • Reason for return 
  • Desired action (full refund, partial refund, etc) 
  • Any additional information 

IMPORTANT: please be aware that all bespoke made to order items (luxury bedding, engraved id tag, personalised collar or lead, customised bow etc) are STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-RETURNABLE and NON-EXCHANGEABLE. Bespoke items are meticulously constructed to specific customer requirements, these items cannot be amended or resold and customers must take this into consideration before purchasing. 

Can I exchange items?

All exchanges are accepted as long as the item REMAINS in a resalable condition unused and in it’s original packaging. Any items that differ from this this will be rejected and sent back to the customer. If the desired item wanted for exchange is no longer in stock, the customer will be notified and offered store credit. Please ensure suitable packaging, proof and trackable methods of postage when returning an item back to us for exchange. Paws with Opulence cannot be liable for any damage or loss during transit. The customer will incur the cost of sending the item back to us, however Paws with Opulence will cover the cost of returning the new exchanged item back to the customer.

What happens if I receive a faulty item?

If you receive an item you deem to be faulty please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the goods. Should we accept the fault the item MUST be returned in a resalable condition unused and in it’s original packaging. Please ensure that the item is suitably packaged and that proof and trackable methods of postage are used when returning the item. All faulty items will be fully refunded or exchanged. The customer will incur the cost of sending the item back to us, however Paws with Opulence will cover the cost of returning the new item if exchanged.
